A 6x6mm heart-shaped genuine garnet gemstone is the center-piece of this beautiful heart pendant set in pure .925 sterling silver from KingdomHigh.

Surrounding the garnet gem is real Swarovski white cubic zirconia stones with a diamond equivalent weight of over 1/2 carat (0.53 carats).

Add a sterling silver box chain to complete the heart and make it a necklace or wear it with one of your own.
