"Angels walk among us we are often told, their silken wings around us to protect us from harm, then one day when our time is through, they gently carry us home to Heaven to live eternally where love is all that's known." This tall and elegant wood lantern is a soft grey tone, with rustic distressed edges. A curved silver metal roof, industrial flute accent, and carrying handle are the finishing touches. Sides are clear glass all around, with an uplifting sentiment on front door panel. Curved latch accents the piece while it holds the door securely. Lantern is illuminated from within by the soft flickering of a pillar style LED candle, included. Makes a comforting and inspiring presence in times of bereavement. Size of lantern is 17" high; 6.5" wide x 6.5" deep. Candle uses 3 AAA batteries, not included. Poem copyright Karen Ray.

The canvas was warped when I took it out of the box where it was wrapped with brown paper. Evidently it needed better packaging. This made it hard to fit into a regular frame which means it won’t be able to be hung unless I can figure out how to correct the warping.
