If you intend on purchasing more than one item and you want them to look as similar as possible, we recommended ordering them at the same time. We do not accept returns based on the item not looking exactly like the one shown online.

Choosing a primer only option means we will only apply the basecoat so you can choose to paint it yourself to your liking.

The cross is fine - what we were expecting. The customer service however was appalling. The order took several weeks longer than promised at ordering with virtually no communication from Kingdom High - even with repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone.

The only problem i had with the badges was the engraving on paper and it wasnt protected, i felt that it needed some kind of plastic or laminated so the paper with the written words wouldnt tear or wear off if it got wet.
