Since these boxes take so long to make, each box takes a minimum of 12 hours, production of each piece is limited to 100 and will not be reproduced again. For over a decade, Jo Marz has combined unusual imported and domestic materials, semiprecious stones and unique findings to create highly collectible designs that are hand crafted by artisans. I like the bird bath top, the finish on the top is nice, However I am disappointed that the underneath side was not finished to the same level. I also expected it to be a little thicker so that it looked more like a concrete basin. But it’s a nice top for the price.
