This sand was once trodden,

by the Master, in God's plan.

Footprints left by Jesus,

everlasting through this land.

By grace our Savior sought us,

bringing freedom for all to hear.

Broke loose the bonds of the captive,

and the hearts that once drew near.

Thousands of years hence passed,

and freedom cries forth once more.

Now answered by a distant land,

sending Soldiers from distant shores.

Victory is costly,

as any soldier knows,

but the cost of apathy,

has a far greater toll.

Our mission, and God's,

was for freedom in the land.

Our sacrifice as was God's,

left blood stains in the sand.
