I was under the understanding that the member name on the badge would be engraved. It is not engraved but printed on paper and glued. However, they do look nice and the company has been responsive

The only problem i had with the badges was the engraving on paper and it wasnt protected, i felt that it needed some kind of plastic or laminated so the paper with the written words wouldnt tear or wear off if it got wet.
